Набор буферных растворов для ИГХ (IHC), включающий Section Block (для парафиновых и криостатных срезов), а также разбавитель антител Antibody Diluent, создан по новой технологии, использующей низкомолекулярные заряженные пептиды и полисахариды, связывающиеся с участками на срезах (или в растворе антител), которые могут вызывать неспецифические реакции, фоновое окрашивание. В отличие от стандартных буферных растворов, основанных на белках или антисыворотке, они не влияют на специфическое окрашивание и могут значительно улучшать отношение сигнал/шум, а также стандартизовать рутинную или экспериментальную процедуру окрашивания.
Для дальнейшей стандартизации ваших процедур ИГХ (IHC) предлагаем сертифицированные по ISO 9008 и сертифицированные для диагностического применения буферные растворы для иммуногистологических анализов.
